I take a comprehensive approach to wellness that integrates physical, emotional, and mental health through the core foundations of nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress regulation. When appropriate, I also incorporate injection therapies, personalized hormonal optimization, and IV therapy to promote lasting vitality. Im particularly passionate about musculoskeletal medicine and the regenerative potential of PRP, prolotherapy, and ultrasoundguided treatments. Outside of my clinical practice, you can usually find me hiking with my dog, Rufus, practicing yoga, or exploring new travel destinations.
