Ashley Scott is graduate from York University’s Kinesiology and Health Science program and Athletic Therapy Certificate program. Growing up Ashley played any and every sport, and she pairs that background with evidenced-based strategy in every appointment. As a Certified Athletic Therapist Ashley is an expert in musculoskeletal injuries and utilizes soft-tissue release, joint mobilization and exercise prescription to create a person-centered environment, meeting the needs and goals of every individual in every appointment. Ashley has experience working with a variety of individuals, from weekend warriors, to varsity, to youth elite athletes. She has experience working with many sports such as volleyball, baseball, rugby, lacrosse, hockey, and football. Ashley believes that good habits start early, and understands the impact injury can have at every stage in life. Over her years Ashley has developed a passion for helping youth athletes get back to doing what they love. Outside in the clinic at MHP Ashley works as the Head Athletic Therapist of the London Junior Mustangs Football Club, the London Nationals and has worked with the Toronto Maple Leafs & Toronto Marlies over 2025/26 season. Outside of her time in clinic and sport, Ashley enjoys reading, crocheting or has recently found a passion for gardening!
