Holly Lernout graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2015, and is a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. In addition to traditional Swedish Massage, Holly has pursued additional training in Hot Stone Massage, which is very beneficial to people who suffer from fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, and other non-immune mediated conditions. For acute and chronic injuries, Holly is certified to use Low Level Laser (also known as cold laser) therapy and ultrasound therapy, which may help speed up healing, break down or inhibit the formation of non-functional scar tissue, and help with pain. Holly has also been certified in cupping therapy which may help with scar healing, plantar fasciitis, sciatica and decreasing muscle tension. In her spare time, Holly loves spending time with her cats, reading, hiking, camping, and traveling whenever the opportunity presents itself.
