Adrienne Haeberle, L.Ac., MSAc, MA, is a licensed acupuncturist whose work is rooted in compassion, intuition, and a holistic understanding of healing across body, mind, and spirit. Her path is shaped by both clinical training and lived experience—most notably a serious bus accident that left her with over forty spinal fractures and temporary paralysis in her right arm. Through acupuncture, movement, and dietary change, her recovery deepened her trust in the body’s innate intelligence and capacity to heal when supported in the right conditions. She holds advanced degrees in acupuncture and food studies from Pacific College of Health and Science and New York University, and is a certified Holistic Health Counselor. With a background in food, nutrition, and culinary arts, she naturally weaves dietary and lifestyle guidance into her treatments. Adrienne treats a wide range of conditions including pain, digestive disorders, insomnia, autoimmune conditions, anxiety, depression, and women’s health, with advanced training in perimenopause and menopause care. Her work is guided by an awareness that healing is both tangible and subtle. Through meditation, energy work, and study of traditional healing systems, she brings a quiet attentiveness to the unseen dimensions of health. In treatment, she combines precise acupuncture with grounded, practical support around food and daily life, often helping patients uncover deeper patterns beneath their symptoms. Outside the clinic, she finds grounding in cooking, local food markets, qi gong, swimming, and foraging—especially mushrooms—practices that keep her connected to nature’s rhythms and the interconnectedness of all things. Regards, Adrienne
