Originally from New York, I have called Western Colorado home for the past decade. I have been practicing massage and bodywork since 2018. My sessions blend deep tissue, myofascial, and stretching with relaxation techniques to promote better function, mobility, and the sense of well being in your body. Some modalities I specialize in are deep tissue, sports massage, lymphatic drainage, TMJ/Buccal massage, cupping, and Graston Technique.
