Hello, I’m Jayden! I hold a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto. My passion for pelvic health began during my time as a client experience coordinator at Bump Physio & Co. I recognized the profound impact pelvic health physiotherapy can have on a person’s confidence, comfort, and well-being. This experience deepened my curiosity and respect for the pelvic floor, and ultimately inspired me to seek further education as a pelvic health physiotherapist. I am committed to supporting folks through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and all stages of life where pelvic health deserves more attention, compassion, and care. I am so excited to be back with the team at Bump! In the clinic, I combine manual therapy, evidence-based exercise prescription, and education tailored to each person’s needs and goals. I bring experience working with a wide range of clients from varsity athletes to those who are just beginning their journey with physical activity. I believe that everyone’s body and story is unique, so their physiotherapy care should be too. I strive to create a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment for everyone on their rehabilitation journey. Outside of the clinic, you can find me walking with my dog, curled up with a good book, or binging reality TV (guilty pleasure)! Additional Certifications: Level 1 Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal (AIM) Pelvic Health Solutions Level 1
