Graduating as a registered massage therapist in February 2017, my passion for holistic health only grew larger from personal struggles with anxiety, depression, and a multiple sclerosis (MS) diagnosis at 27. This experience led me to explore healing through a mind-body-spirit approach often missing in mainstream care. I originally studied music at Grant MacEwan University, but the stress of performing triggered my first undiagnosed MS flare-up. After leaving music, my true healing journey began, eventually leading me to study massage therapy. Through this path, I’ve learned how chronic stress affects the body and the importance of tuning into its signals. I now specialize in helping vocalists with voice and jaw tension, and supporting clients with anxiety, fibromyalgia, neurological conditions, and trauma-related stress. Inspired by Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, I blend traditional holistic healing techniques with modern understanding. I’m committed to growing as a therapist and plan to integrate somatic experiencing, breathwork, meditation, and herbology into my practice in the future.
