Hello, I’m Jake. I’ve been interested in personal health, wellness, and researching ways to rehabilitate personal injuries for over 15 years. I enjoy being able to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle; whether this be working out, woodworking, or any sort of outdoor activity. Having finally attained and maintained this for several years myself, I decided to pursue a career to help others. I chose to attend Elite Massage Academy, a school local to Fargo ND, with 1100 academic hours of training in various modalities, business ethics, and hands on clinical work. This school has prepared me well for actively practicing. Having graduated, passed my MBLEx exam, and becoming state licensed, I am now ready to aid client’s bodies in healing themselves.
Massage
This massage is for established and verified clients. First time visits must be in office unless provided a medical note or have a referral from another established massage therapist. Limited to a Valley City area anything beyond the city limits will be charged a standard mileage fee of $0.67/mile extra.
Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic Drainage is a very gentle light massage that helps to direct lymphatic fluid towards the lymph nodes. The lymphatic system is part of your immune system and cleans toxins, proteins, viruses, and dead cells about 20 times faster than the body is able to do on it's own. Once a large amount of toxins are eliminated, the body is able to relax more deeply and use it's energy more directly to regenerate the cells.
