Every human is unique and can respond differently to the same treatment; I like to figure out what works best for you and apply it to treatment and the home care I provide.
Deep tissue massage is a therapeutic technique that involves applying firm pressure to reach deeper layers of muscles and connective tissues. This type of massage aims to release chronic muscle tension, alleviate pain, and improve flexibility. It's commonly used to address specific issues, like muscle injuries or areas of tightness, promoting overall physical well-being.
