Compassionate curiosity guides my approach to bodywork, allowing me to support each client in their personal journey toward alignment and vitality. I am trained in multiple massage modalities, including Swedish, trigger point, cupping, and myofascial release therapies. With a true commitment to growth, Im continually expanding my skills to better serve those who seek healing and balance. In addition to my massage therapy training, I bring a diverse background in psychology, yoga instruction, flexibility coaching, trauma-informed education, and movement arts. These complementary disciplines have deepened my understanding of anatomy, pain patterns, and the mind-body connection, while also informing my belief in what makes bodywork truly effective. Together, they allow me to approach each session with insight, presence, and a holistic perspective that is deeply attuned to each clients needs. My own experience with chronic pain - stemming from overuse in aerial arts and pole dancing - led me to discover the restorative power of massage therapy. What began as a necessity to manage pain became a transformative experience, creating space for focused self-awareness and renewal. Inspired by this journey, I strive to offer reliable, personalized care to others - grounded in empathy, informed by experience, and tailored to support lasting change.

Target a specific area of tension or discomfort with a combination of Swedish massage and other modalities, based on your needs and preferences (may include deep tissue, trigger point, and/or myofascial techniques). Focused and effective, this treatment is designed to address muscle tightness and alleviate pain. NOTE: 60-minute bookings cannot accommodate a full-body massage; rather, it is a specialized approach to relieve your most pressing concerns.
