Helen has been practicing massage at Mountainview Health and Wellness since 2016. She is a member of the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada with a certificate in Massage and she has many years of experience. She can help with home physio exercises and care for clients with Stroke, MS, Parkinson’s and Dementia (as directed by a Physiotherapist). Helen is an avid believer in a lifetime filled with physical and mental activity. She regularly runs, bikes, and does weight lifting. She is a member of the Port Moody Police Bike Patrol volunteers (2002 – present). Helen’s work hours: Fridays & Saturdays 9am-3pm Wednesdays 4-7pm Available in New Westminster
