I specialize in therapeutic massage with training in multiple modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial therapy, and neuromuscular techniques. I have received 800 hours of massage education at the National Holistic Institute and 133 hours of advanced instruction at McKinnon Body Therapy Center. I have dedicated my life to advocating for others and nurturing the human spirit. Before becoming a massage therapist, I spent nearly a decade serving my community as a social worker and legal advocate. These roles have enabled me to hold space in challenging times and have a more holistic understanding of the healing process. As a queer nonbinary person of mixed ancestry, I hold a multitude of perspectives and aim to make all bodies feel welcome when it comes to receiving bodywork.
