I have created my own blend of relaxation and pain relief techniques thru the 7 years of being a Licensed Massage Therapist. I have a Medi-Cupping machine, Hot Stones, and a variety of massage and fascial tools to help me help clients find pain relief, improve, sleep, and help ease anxiety and depression. Swedish massage with light to medium pressure. I will use Hot Stones, hot towels, and other massage tools such as cupping during this massage to relax and rejuvenate you. Also, I may do some light stretching to improve your joint health and improve your range of motion.
