This is a gentle modality that allows the body to achieve balance and is a great stress and pain reliever. Reflexology has an impact on increased blood flow to the kidneys and intestines, thus creates relaxation, decreases blood pressure, and lowers anxiety.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a technique that uses very gentle, rhythmic massage strokes to provide relief from edema, an accumulation of fluids in the tissues that causes swelling. Edema also increases the transport of lymph flow through the tissues.
