Im Lacey , a licensed massage therapist in Maine with a background in both wellness and hands-on craftsmanship. Before opening Maine Body Massage , I spent over 15 years in the building construction industry a career that taught me the value of precision, care, and hard work. Those same qualities now guide my massage practice, where I help clients find balance, relief, and renewal. My approach is both therapeutic and restorative. I tailor each session to meet what your body needs in that momentwhether thats easing chronic tension, supporting recovery, or providing deep relaxation. In addition to traditional massage, I can incorporate Reiki to support the nervous system and promote balance, along with specialized techniques such as cupping therapy and percussion massage to enhance circulation and release stubborn tightness When Im not in the studio, youll find me at home in the woods, where I live simply in a tiny house surrounded by gardens, pet ducks, tall trees and fresh air. This connection to nature inspires my work reminding me that healing often comes from slowing down and reconnecting with ourselves.
