Justyne is a Registered Massage Therapist who brings a thoughtful, individualized approach to every treatment. She has pursued training through the Vodder Academy in Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) for lymphedema management, orthopaedic conditions and postoperative as well as CranioSacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute. Her practice focuses on lymphatic support, craniosacral therapy, and relaxation massage, always tailored to the specific needs of each patient at the time of their visit. Justyne takes the nervous system into account in every session, working to create a calming environment where patients leave feeling more grounded, supported, and relaxed. Dedicated to lifelong learning, Justyne continues to explore new techniques and evidence-based practices to better serve her patients. Her most recent education has centred on post treatment cancer recovery and palliative care, allowing her to offer compassionate, informed care to those navigating more complex health challenges. Outside of her practice, Justyne enjoys spending time in nature, practicing yoga and going on small adventures with her family.
