James has been in the field of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine since 2006 and is owner and Head Acupuncturist at the Okanagan Acupuncture Centre. He has been practicing in Kelowna since 2008 and is a member of good standing of the British Columbia Regulatory Body for Acupuncturists (CTCMA). A sports medicine specialist with over 50,000 treatments performed, James has pursued additional specialized training in sports injuries and musculoskeletal conditions. He uses a combination of trigger points (also called IMS or motor points) and Traditional Chinese acupuncture techniques to effectively treat all types of pain and musculoskeletal conditions. His practice in Kelowna has given him a wealth of experience working with chronic pain and musculoskeletal conditions, as well as many health conditions including insomnia, migraines, menopausal symptoms, and chronic health conditions.
