Some days you may benefit from targeted trigger point therapy; other days, gentle Craniosacral, Rock ‘n Unlock, or Polarity techniques may be most supportive. As a KST-certified practitioner, I incorporate instrument-assisted, soft-tissue work inspired by Koren Specific Technique principles, using tools like the ArthroStim to help the body naturally release tension and recalibrate muscle patterns. I focus on underlying holding patterns in the fascia, muscles, posture, and energy, helping your body and nervous system unwind old patterns and develop new, supportive muscle memories. All work is performed fully clothed, ensuring your comfort and privacy.
