Gauri developed an early interest in health and movement through her involvement in classical Indian dance and Goju Karate, which sparked a lasting curiosity about how the human body functions and heals. Her introduction to healthcare began in high school, where she volunteered at a physiotherapy clinic. This experience led her to study Fitness and Health Promotion at Humber College, followed by work as a Physiotherapy Assistant in an orthopaedic rehabilitation clinic. Through this role, she deepened her hands-on experience and reaffirmed her commitment to helping others recover, which ultimately led her to pursue a career in Massage Therapy. Her clinical focus includes functional movement and evidence-informed treatment techniques. As a Registered Massage Therapist, Gauri is committed to supporting her clients in improving mobility, managing pain, and enhancing overall quality of life. Outside of work, Gauri maintains an active lifestyle. She enjoys strength training, boxing, and staying physically engaged, alongside reading, music, travel, and spending time with friends and family. She values new experiences and brings the same energy and curiosity to her personal life as she does to her clinical practice.
