I am a Licensed Massage Therapist with more than 23 years of experience helping individuals move, recover, and perform at their best. Throughout my career, I have worked with a wide range of clients, from those managing everyday aches and injuries to athletes competing at the highest levels of sport. My background includes sports massage, therapeutic bodywork, injury recovery, and performance-focused treatment, with experience supporting professional rugby, softball, volleyball, and national team athletes. My approach is centered on listening, understanding each person's unique needs, and creating treatment plans that support both immediate relief and long-term wellness. Whether I am helping an athlete prepare for competition, assisting someone recovering from an injury, or addressing the physical demands of daily life, my goal is always the same: to help people recover, restore, and return to the activities they love with greater comfort, confidence, and resilience.
