I’m an Athletic Therapist that works out of Momentum Therapy and Movement, where I take a holistic, whole-body approach to injury rehab and recovery. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, I aim to uncover and address the root cause of each issue, helping my clients truly understand what’s going on in their bodies.
