She possesses a strong foundation in Swedish Massage, Deep Fascial Release, Prenatal Massage , Hot Stone Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, and client care. She has gained experience by treating athletes, pre & post-natal women, patients with low back pain, sciatica, tennis/golfer’s elbow, neck pain, knee pain, foot and ankle pain, shoulder pain, and sports-related injuries. Additionally, when needed, she will create self-care plan for clients with exercises or stretches to take home.
