In her integrative massage practice, Jen employs a combination of Western and Eastern massage techniques. She personalizes each session to suit the needs unique to her client. Her specializations and real passion for bodywork are in her practice of Thai Massage and Zen Shiatsu as these modalities are equally relaxing and therapeutic in nature. Jen enjoys working with people who are receptive and willing to do some work at home in order to maintain and prolong the benefits of regular massage therapy. A key part of her practice focuses on identifying musculoskeletal dysfunction and pain, and assisting in finding the best combination of methods to alleviate and recover from these core imbalances. She refers to this as a person's "wellness recipe."
