Stephanie is passionate about helping people of all ages and abilities recover from injury, surgery, or manage chronic conditions with a personalized, holistic, and empathetic approach that fosters trust and collaboration throughout the rehabilitation process. Inspired by her early love for dance and sports, she developed a personal connection to injury recovery that continues to guide her work today. With experience in acute care, neurological rehab, and private practice, she uses manual therapy, exercise, education, and dry needling to empower her clients to regain strength and independence. She holds a Master of Physical Therapy and a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia. Stephanie’s clinical focus includes orthopaedic and neurological conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain management, chronic disease management, and pediatric neurodevelopment. Outside of work, Stephanie is an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking, running, swimming, and traveling. Her passion for an active lifestyle helps her connect deeply with her patients’ goals, whether they’re pursuing sport or simply staying active. When indoors, she loves spending time with family, friends, and her dog, as well as cooking, drawing, reading, and playing piano.
