I have been practicing massage since 1997 and am grateful to be in a profession that I am passionate about. Over the years, I have studied a variety of modalities out of interest in learning and out of hoping to be able to help people with their self care goals whether it be pain relief, stress reduction or increased mobility. One of the modalities I have studied is Bowenwork which is a unique fascial technique that has longer lasting results and can address issues with the nervous system, the muscular system, the digestive system and the skeletal system. I strive to be centered and grounded in my own being so that I can be fully present when working with you.
