30 Frere Street, Kindersley, SK, S0L 1S1
I graduated from Medicine Hat College with 3 years of massage therapy training. The training included myofascial massage therapy, sports massage therapy as well as relaxation massage. I have taken numerous additional courses over the years which include cupping massage, visceral massage, TMJ massage and concussion treatment. I have practiced massage for the past 13 years in Calgary, Red Deer and now in Kindersley.
Massage
A 60 minute hot massage with therapeutic techniques, blends the deep, penetrating warmth of smooth, heated basalt stones with focused, hands-on therapeutic work. The heat from the stones melt away surface tension, allowing the therapist to work more effectively on deeper muscle layers, using targeted pressure and customized techniques.
