Josephine Garza is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Co-owner Core TMB where she has been practicing massage for over 15 years. She trained at the New Mexico Academy of Healing Arts and graduated with a dual certification in both massage and polarity therapies. She uses a blend of myofascial release and deep swedish techniques to facilitate and promote unwinding of chronic tensions patterns, self healing, reduced pain, gain and maintain range of motion and mobility. Her work ranges from therapeutic to clinical massage and is most passionate for doing deep, specific, focused work and cranial sacral fascial release. Specialties include: TMJ dysfunction headaches/migraines psoas release for lower back pain and structural imbalance rotator cuff injury/dysfunction plantar fasciitis. Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface. We utilize Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Swedish, Reflexology, and other modalities, customizing for each client's needs.
