I am a naturopathic doctor, a yoga teacher (and yoga teacher teacher!), author, and a mama. I have a general naturopathic practice with a passion for supporting women in their fertility, pre/postnatal care, as well as working with young children. My goal is to support each person on their journey to a place were they are happy, healthy, and able to do the things they are passionate about. I am the founder of a large, integrative clinic in Vancouver, where I go back once-per-month but am proud to be a qathet resident and support the wonderful community here full-time.
