Hello, I am your reset button ! My name is Jaden Arledge and I am the Owner and sole Massage Therapist at Bespoke Therapeutic Massage in Asheboro NC. I am a North Carolina native and have called Asheboro my home for over a decade. When I am not in the office you are likely to find me out on a hiking trail enjoying nature, cheering for the Hurricanes, or cooking some of my favorite meals. I have my Associate Degree in Therapeutic Massage and have been licensed as a Massage Therapist since March of 2018. I enjoy showing my clients how their body and mind are intertwined in different ways and improving their quality of life by helping them relax and achieve pain relief. My specialty is deep-tissue massage that provides relief to both new and recurring pain and adding movement therapy to my sessions to help you regain mobility you may not even be aware you lost! I also like to show my new clients simple stretches that could benefit their everyday lives and decrease the likelihood of injury. I am very excited to be back working in Asheboro to better serve Randolph County and the surrounding area! I am looking forward to meeting you and to helping you on your wellness journey!
