Jenna Casteel has been a licensed massage therapist since 2021, specializing in cupping therapy and assisted stretching. She is dedicated to helping clients reduce pain, release tension, and improve mobility through personalized treatments. The ultimate goal of this massage is to relax the entire body by increasing circulation of blood and oxygen, promotes relaxation and energizes the body, and decreases muscle tension while applying the traditional techniques i.e. kneading, flushing, tapotement, joint flexion, etcApproximate time: 55 minutesPLEASE NOTE: This is NOT a "deep tissue" massage.
