My name is Dina, and I am a Makami College graduate with 3,000 hours of training. Massage therapy is more than a career for me—it’s a passion and a privilege. I feel blessed to support my clients by creating a safe, comfortable space where they can release stress, ease discomfort, and work toward greater health and well-being. I believe massage therapy can truly transform daily life by relieving pain, reducing stress, improving circulation, promoting better sleep, and increasing mobility and flexibility. Some of my favorite modalities include Deep Tissue, Stretching, Trigger Point Release, Pediatric Massage, Shockwave Therapy, and BLD. These techniques allow me to personalize each treatment to meet the unique needs of every client. I am excited to meet you and be part of your wellness journey—one massage at a time.

Lymphatic Drainage
14230 28 Ave SW, Edmonton, AB, T6W3Y9
Lymphatic massage is a gentle, therapeutic technique designed to support the body’s lymphatic system, which plays a vital role in immune function and waste removal. Using light, rhythmic strokes and specific movements, this massage encourages the natural flow of lymphatic fluid, helping to reduce swelling, improve circulation, and detoxify the body. This treatment is especially beneficial for those recovering from surgery, experiencing chronic swelling (such as lymphedema), or looking to support their overall wellness. While the pressure is very light and the pace may feel slow compared to traditional massage, this is intentional and essential for effective lymphatic drainage. Many clients find it relaxing, rejuvenating, and supportive for their immune and circulatory systems. Always consult your healthcare provider if you have a medical condition before receiving this treatment.
