Pranita Mahadik, BPT, PT, is a Registered Physiotherapist with experience in outpatient orthopaedics, hospital rehabilitation, and long-term care. She provides evidence-based, patient-centred care for individuals experiencing pain, stiffness, weakness, mobility limitations, and challenges following injury or surgery. Pranita takes the time to understand each patient’s symptoms, movement patterns, functional limitations, and personal goals before developing an individualized treatment plan. Her approach combines hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, mobility training, education, and appropriate modalities to support recovery and long-term function. Pranita has treated a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and developed rehabilitation programs focused on improving strength, mobility, and function. Pranita holds a Bachelor of Physical Therapy from MGM Institute of Health Sciences and a Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from Fleming College. She has completed additional professional training in the Canadian healthcare system and Clinical Orthopaedic Manual Therapy, and passed the Ontario Clinical Exam – Clinical Component in 2025. Her goal is simple: to help you understand your condition, feel confident in your recovery, and make meaningful progress toward moving comfortably and getting back to the activities you enjoy.
