Alina Hambidge graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2021 and has been practicing since May 2022. She utilizes a combination of techniques including Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, passive and active stretching to address the specific needs of her clients. Alina is dedicated to providing patient-centered care and tailors each treatment to the individual. She believes in treating both the nervous and muscular systems during each massage, placing emphasis on breathing techniques and muscular release. In terms of ongoing education, Alina is particularly interested in expanding her knowledge of women’s health, pregnancy massage, and the intersection of massage therapy and the treatment of mental health issues. During her leisure time, Alina enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with friends. She has a great sense of humor and always strives to make others laugh. Additionally, she has a passion for music, reading, black coffee, and engaging in meaningful conversations.
