I began my career as a Massage Therapist a little over 10 years ago. I graduated from finger lakes community college with an AAS degree in massage therapy and integrated health care. I have worked in the victor area for most my career at several different salon and spa's, wellness studios, chiropractic offices I have loved working in the diverse environments and meeting new friends along the way. I believe now is the right time for me to begin this new chapter of being an independent owner. Now 10 years after gaining my license I have completed over 80 hours of continuing Education, refining and mastering skills to better serve my clients. My specialties include Trigger point therapy, Prenatal, adolescent, geriatric, Oncology (breast cancer recovery specific) frozen shoulder and piriformis syndrome. I have worked with many clients pre/post OP to help regain mobility and reduce scare tissue, for both shoulder and hip injuries. I also provide Cupping, Gua-sha, and Hot Stone to enhance your personal service. Every session I will customize to meet your physical needs on that specific day. When booking you will notice deep tissue or Swedish massage are not an optioned. This is because most often these two services need to be combined in one session, your massage will be 100% customized to you, your body, your pain, your needs.
