It’s nice to have you here. I am grateful to be in my 20th year of practice! Over the years I have seen so many lives transform from the benefit of this powerful medicine. My goal is for you to have a comfortable and pleasant experience with acupuncture. I employ compassionate, active listening skills and provide a nurturing, safe space for you emotionally and physically. I want to hear your health story and dig in with you to figure out your best treatment options. I have lived in Ventura/Oxnard for most of my life, and raised 4 children in this area. My hobbies include reading, healthy cooking, yoga, pilates, live music, knitting, my poodles, spending time with family and friends, and watching Lakers and Dodgers games with my son and bro. Specialties: women’s health, reproductive health (including both male and female infertility), pain management and musculoskeletal disorders, facial acupuncture and microneedling Trained in Western herbology and advanced studies in Chinese herbal medicine, custom blended herbal formulas made on site. Comprehensive training in reproductive medicine, having studied and mentored with both western Reproductive Endocrinologists and TCM Fertility specialists. Traveled to Chengdu, China to learn in a teaching hospital. Trained in facial cosmetic acupuncture and microneedling for facial rejuvenation and collagen production. Extensive experience working with pregnant women and support during the postpartum period.
