Focuses on specific muscles groups and joints that are in pain daily or diagnosed by a doctor. Incorporates many techniques to help address muscle and skeletal issues, reduce inflammation, increase blood flow, and break up of any scar tissue. May include cupping, assisted stretching, scraping tools, and or hot stones. Pressure is determined during assessment. This is usually on 1 or more focused body parts example back and or neck.
