I went to school at Chicago School of Massage therapy and graduated in 2005. I blend a variety of experiences to specialize in effectively treating athletes of all skill levels. I am a certified personal trainer, a fitnessinstructor, and a licensed massage therapist with a specialization in myofascial work. My clients include fitness buffs, iron men and women,professional cyclists, marathoners, high school and college athletes, soccer moms and weekend warriors. I work with people who have chronic issues. These may be from injuries or from training toreach fitness goals. Either way, I will work with you to develop practicesthat bring relief which will increase your quality of life.
