I graduated from Massage Therapy school in South Florida at the Florida College of Natural Health in 2008 and received the Golden Touch Award given for outstanding performance in my class. I have been a Nationally Board-Certified Massage Therapist (# 581067-09) since 2009 and hold Massage Licenses in both Florida (MA 58344) and Colorado (MT 0018131). My previous employment includes positions at the Westin Diplomat Resort and Spa in Hollywood, FL and Haven Spa in Tallahassee. I became a Massage Therapist because I enjoy helping people and making everyone feel better! I have been living in Wakulla for 8 years and enjoy spending time with my family outdoors - going for a bike ride, hiking, kayaking, swimming, spending time on the beach or doing yoga, and I love to travel!
This type of massage promotes muscle relaxation, targets superficial muscles and increases blood circulation. Helps to clear the body and mind of unwanted responses to stress. Light to medium pressure is used to work on the outer muscle layers of the body. 60 or 90 minute sessions.
