Alanah graduated with honours from the three-year Massage Therapy program at Algonquin College in 2015. She has a background in science and has also completed her nursing degree to further expand her love for learning and understanding of the human body. Alanah grew up in the Ottawa Valley and is happy to finally be bringing her practice to Arnprior where she lives with her husband and two young daughters. While working in Ottawa over the past decade, Alanah has focused her practice on treating people in the perinatal period and is excited to continue supporting people through the many aches and pains of pregnancy and beyond. In her free time, Alanah enjoys creating, babywearing, sleuthing for deals on Facebook Marketplace and spending as much time as she can outdoors! Alanah has completed additional training in Babywearing, Prenatal Massage, Infant Massage and TMJ treatments. She has appointments available on weekdays and evenings.
