Dr. Christopher Eddy was born and raised in the small town of Centerville, Iowa. As he was participating in sports, he was not able to run correctly and participate competitively. His football coach then sent him to go see the local family chiropractor to get checked out. Chiropractic not only helped Chris in his ability to perform at a competitive level in sports, but a number of other health issues resolved with chiropractic care. He then became a lifetime wellness patient and decided that he wanted to become a chiropractor to help people the way he was helped with chiropractic. Dr. Eddy attended the University of Iowa and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Integrative Physiology. After his undergraduate studies, he enrolled in the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic, were he graduated summa cum laude and was an Academic Excellence Award recipient in October 2015. Dr. Eddy focuses on a neurologic approach to chiropractic care and enjoys bringing this approach to the Colorado Springs area. He has completed an extra 150 hours of course work in the chiropractic neurology diplomate program. Dr. Eddy is Advanced Proficiency Rated in Activator Methods, certified in Applied Kinesiology, utilizes Palmer package when applicable and has received training in Neuro Emotional Technique. These gentle adjusting methods cohere with his neurological approach to care. Dr. Eddy also has special training in adjusting feet, knees, hips, hands, elbows, and shoulders from the renowned Dr. Mitch Mally. This training helps Dr. Eddy relieve symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome, plantar fasciitis, thoracic outlet syndromes, knee injuries, and other extremity issues. In his spare time, Dr. Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, Dr. Jenna, his son Sawyer, and his dogs, Addie and Maisey. He also enjoys the outdoors- fishing, hunting, hiking, and cycling. When he is not outdoors, he enjoys reading, bowling, and cheering for the Denver Broncos! Dr. Chris is devoted to his church and enjoys spending time serving his community.
