Welcome! I am a trauma informed licensed massage therapist specialized in CranioSacral Therapy, SomatoEmotional Release, Bach Flower Essences and Somatic Aquatic therapy. I offer a wide selection of bodywork to unwind your physical and emotional restrictions that block your body's natural ability to self correct and heal. Clients that benefit from these therapies are looking into a more core healing and insight as to how and what their body is communicating and they may be showing signs of stress, pain, repetitive disorders, sleep issues, and general deterioration of feeling good about their body and/ or thought processes. I was very blessed in 2017 to be able to open my practice in the USA after living abroad for over 19 years bringing back modalities that I studied and practiced with since 2010. I speak English, Catalan and Spanish and treat both human and animal having experience of over 15 years as a Veterinarian Technician in hospitals in the USA and Spain.
