Dr. Taylor Cooksley is formally trained in many dance genres and it was through her active lifestyle that she grew interested in human mechanics. So she went on to pursue a Bachelor of Kinesiology degree at University of Calgary and Doctor of Chiropractic degree at University of Western States in Portland, Oregon. She is also formally trained in Active Release Technique (ART), Smart Tools (a technique like Graston), Neurodynamics, and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) Exercise techniques. When she is not treating patients, you can find Dr. Cooksley taking dance classes, walking her two dogs, spending time in the mountains hiking or skiing, or baking for her friends and family. Dr. Cooksley loves working with all patients- expecting mothers, children, athletes, seniors and more. No matter who you are, let’s keep you moving so you can keep doing what you love!
