I’ve been practicing massage therapy since 2015. Throughout my training and later work at Oregon School of Massage, I’ve sustained a love for education, growth and collaboration with clients and colleagues. I view therapeutic touch as an effective communication tool that builds body awareness and supports physical change. I have experience working with aging populations, folks with chronic pain and illness, acute injury, and ongoing effects of stress. My additional training in mindfulness, working with trauma in the body, and passion for meeting people as they are, help me to provide effective massage therapy that supports lasting results. I place a high value on my clients being as engaged as they want to be in their healing process, and love to help them understand their bodies more and stay curious along the way. My background in Shiatsu brings gentle movement and mobilization into the flow of sessions to support relaxation and encourage release of restriction in the body. My work is thorough, combining techniques from a variety of modalities: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trauma Touch Therapy, Gua Sha, and Cupping Therapy among others. Beyond massage I am passionate about the arts, creative communication, and community building.
