Originally from Kelowna, Rupy completed her Bachelors of Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia Okanagan. She moved to the big city of Vancouver to further her education at the University of British Columbia to obtain her Masters of Physical Therapy. Rupy has her Orthopaedic Division Level 1 Certification from the Canadian Physiotherapy Association, and her Calibrate Clinical Pilates Training. Rupy’s journey in this career started with seeing people around her suffer from chronic injuries and pain and she always wanted to be able to help them, but with a client-centred approach. That being said, Rupy enjoys collaborating with clients on their health journey to help build autonomy and confidence. When not working, Rupy enjoys spending her time trying new experiences, whether this may be seeing a new area in the lower mainland, or a new restaurant.
