Her experiences have deepened her understanding of how the body communicates and its amazing ability to heal. She views every treatment as a meaningful interaction and makes every effort to create a safe and tranquil space where clients can feel at ease. With a unique blend of Eastern and Western approaches, Jolaine places mindful attention on both physical and emotional wellness. She is fascinated by and loves exploring the dynamic relationship between mind and body that shapes the human experience. Along with massage therapy, Jolaine practices holistic nutrition, is an infant massage educator, and a birth doula. She is a passionate advocate for prenatal and postpartum wellness and takes parental mental health to heart, with a keen interest in providing nurturing care and support during this great transition. As a curious being, she has set a course on a lifelong learning journey and is grateful to the mentors who have had a hand in shaping her experiences and outlook. She feels it isn’t so much what one has accomplished along the way, but who they have had the good fortune to bridge meaningful connections with. Jolaine thanks her lucky stars to be encircled by a supportive and loving family. She is a better human in the presence of her beautiful four-legged companions, with whom she explores and finds joy and wonder in unexpected places. They remind her to tread lightly on this earth and to live life with a full heart and a wild spirit.
