Keziah Milay is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy. Her approach integrates therapeutic and relaxation-based techniques to support recovery, reduce stress, and address pain and tension in a personalized way. Keziah places strong emphasis on client-centred care, creating a calm and supportive treatment environment. Each session is guided by assessment and client tolerance to ensure safe and effective care aligned with individual comfort and therapeutic goals. Outside of her practice, Keziah enjoys spending time in nature with her two dogs, practicing yoga, going to Pilates, and exploring new cuisines and restaurants.
