Tara Pierce-Shuffield is an experienced Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) providing patient-centred therapeutic care at our Downtown London clinic (423 Colborne Street) . She graduated from the Accelerated Massage Therapy program at Fanshawe College in 2018 and has been honing her practice for more than six years. Tara uses a wide range of therapeutic techniques to help patients reduce pain, improve mobility, and restore balance, including: Swedish massage Deep tissue massage Myofascial & trigger point therapy Cupping therapy (certified) Stretching & mobility techniques Individualised home-care recommendations Her holistic approach allows her to identify and treat the root causes of discomfort while supporting long-term wellness.
