Dr. Kaiden Maxwell is a U.S. trained and board certified chiropractor with a passion for helping people live healthier lives. He has been successfully doing so for over 25 years. Over that time, Dr. Kaiden has spent time practicing Chiropractic on three continents, including family and multidisciplinary practice in Canada & the United States, onsite corporate care at Apple Computers Asia Pacific HQ in Singapore, as well as a short stint caring for people from remote villages in India as part of a trial to grow Chiropractic in India. Dr. Kaiden’s journey in Chiropractic began with a personal experience of pain that was madeworse by conventional methods of care. Growing up with a hereditary spinal condition known as Scoliosis, Dr. Kaiden’s journey with chiropractic and spine health has been very personal. Two failed back surgeries created a severely painful and disabling back condition that was cured only by years of living what he calls “the chiropractic lifestyle” - regular visits to the chiropractor, corrective stretching, core strengthening, healthy nutrition, and maintaining a positive mindset. Through chiropractic care, he began to experience immediate relief from pain, improved mobility, as well as a significant increase in energy and well-being. A five time marathon runner with a love for sports and athletics, Dr. Kaiden has been especially helpful to athletes as well as exercise enthusiasts people by providing effective pain relief, focusing on injury prevention and supporting peak performance.Having grown up playing various sports, including hockey, baseball, soccer, tennis, squash, and racquetball, among others, he understands first hand the unique demands of different sports and activities. In more recent years, Dr. Kaiden has emphasized yoga and other restorative modalities to help him stay fit, healthy, and flexible, allowing him to continue playing sports to this day, well into his fifties. With his patients, he is known for helping people incorporate various yoga postures as part of a home stretching program that complements their chiropractic care, maximizing its benefits. One of Dr. Kaiden’s passions is in the area of Body-Mind Energy Medicine, where physical symptoms caused or made worse by mental or emotional stress can be improved using very gentle adjustment techniques. He has attained Master Practitioner status in a technique called Bio Energetic Synchronization Technique (B.E.S.T.), which is very effective for such conditions. It was these formative experiences that have fuelled Dr.Kaiden’s lifelong commitment to helping people of all walks of life to attain better health and a higher quality of life through the power of Chiropractic.
