Braden graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Master of Physical Therapy in 2025, after completing his Bachelor of Kinesiology in 2023. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA and previously worked at Testify as a performance coach before becoming a physiotherapist. Growing up, Braden played a variety of sports, with hockey and baseball being his main focus. His passion for sport led him to strength and conditioning, where he developed a strong interest in performance and injury prevention. Having experienced sports injuries himself, he gained a deep appreciation for the role physiotherapy plays in recovery, fueling his commitment to helping others return to the activities they enjoy. Braden enjoys working with clients of all ages and backgrounds, from recreational to competitive athletes. He takes an evidence-informed, client-centered approach to treatment, integrating his physiotherapy knowledge with his strength and conditioning background to help individuals return to the activities they love. With a strong foundation in both rehabilitation and performance, Braden is dedicated to providing collaborative care that empowers clients throughout their recovery and beyond.
