Cate Ziegler is a chiropractic intern from Logan University. Originally from Aurora, Ohio, she attended The Ohio State University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition and Exercise Science. She is passionate about helping patients not only get out of pain but also move optimally to prevent injury, improve efficiency and recover more quickly. She strongly believes that every patient’s care plan should be individualized, recognizing that each person has unique anatomy, goals and movement patterns. Cate’s clinical approach emphasizes functional rehabilitation and incorporates techniques such as Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), McKenzie Directional Therapy (MDT) and dry needling. She strives to design rehabilitation programs that mirror patients real-life activities, helping them regain confidence in movement, return to activities they love and enhance their overall performance. Outside of the clinic, Cate enjoys spending time at the lake, waterskiing and exploring the many beautiful parks throughout Northeast Ohio.
